Couch to 5k
We recognise how it can be quite daunting at times to start running let alone have a distance target in mind to achieve. A fantastic program called Couch to 5k (C25K) is used around the world and highly recommended to anyone about to start there running journey.
Most couch to 5k plans are the same but we have decided to put our own together which is nicely coloured and ready to be printed of or saved as a PDF file. Just hit the link below.
